George Lemmon

CEO / Founder

As Founder and CEO, George is responsible for the overall operation and strategy of Evolution Risk Partners. George has more than 24 years of experience in the medical stop loss and employee benefits field, previously serving as Senior Vice President and National Head of Employee Sales at a large national insurer. George built and managed their sales and service team who managed over $2 billion in premium and helped launch a new suite of voluntary supplemental medical products. George has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Albion College.

Chad Parker

President / Founder

Chad Parker is a Founding Partner and currently serves as President and Head of Distribution. In this role, he leads the Relationship Distribution team and is responsible for strategic partnerships. Chad has over 25 years of experience in the Group Insurance Business, previously serving as Executive Regional Manager for one of the largest national stop loss carriers with oversight of nearly $200m of medical stop loss premium in-force. Chad also held an individual contributor sales role for another large stop loss carrier winning multiple national sales awards and maintaining a stop loss block in excess of $60m. He is a graduate of Boston College with a B.S. in Finance.

Melissa Drumsta

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, Melissa oversees all financial reporting, treasury, and accounting operations. Melissa is keenly focused on using data to drive insights and improve business operations internally and for our clients. Melissa joined ERP after fourteen years at Ernst & Young, LLP where she spent three years in the audit practice and 11 years performing financial due diligence on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in the healthcare sector. Melissa is a CPA in the State of Illinois and earned a B.S. in Accountancy and an MBA from John Carroll University Boler School of Business.

Kris Grahl

Chief Underwriting Officer

As Chief Underwriting Officer, Kristine focuses on driving profitable growth, retention, and innovation. Kristine has expert knowledge in all facets of stop loss, executing near and long term strategic, operational, and financial plans. Kristine joins Evolution Risk Partners with 25+ years of extensive stop loss experience, most recently at Anthem where she successfully built and operationalized the stand-alone, direct Stop Loss segment from the ground up, with the segment achieving success, organically increasing the book of business to $200m within three years. Kristine has completed numerous industry training and is licensed in North Carolina.

Melanie Wyatt

Director of Client Services

As the Director of Client Services, Melanie manages client relationships from the initial request for proposal to the onboarding of new groups and throughout the policy period. Melanie leads internal operations to ensure continuity and efficiency across all departments. Melanie joined Evolution Risk Partners after twenty-eight years in the financial services industry with BMO Capital Markets and PiperJaffray where she served as Principal of Fixed Income Institutional Sales. Melanie earned a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Jennifer Taylor

Director of Alternative Risk

As Director of Alternative Risk, Jennifer manages the underwriting process in the fully insured transitional market and alternative risk space including captives, level funded products, and specialty stop Loss programs. Jennifer joins ERP from BCBS where she was a Lead Underwriter for specialty stop loss and pharmacy programs and served as a Senior Underwriting Consultant for fully insured, level funded, and self-funded arrangements. Jennifer earned a B.S. in Mathematics with an emphasis in actuarial science from University of South Carolina.

Belinda Fortman

Captive Manager

As Captive Manager, Belinda oversees the captive program development for Evolution Risk Partners and is responsible for EVOLVE Captive operations. Having nearly 25 years of experience, her career began as Managing Director for an offshore captive followed by management roles with leading independent captive management firms as well as serving as Director of Captives for the State of Tennessee. Ms. Fortman is a Certified Management Accountant and holds the designations of Associate in Risk Management and Associate in Captive Insurance. She is a Fellow of the International Center for Captive Insurance Education and has served on multiple industry committees and boards.

Linda Subbiondo

Director of Stop Loss Claims

As Director of Stop Loss Claims, Linda focuses on providing the highest level of claims customer service in the industry. Linda has expert knowledge of stop loss, captive and transplant claims and explores the best re-pricing options to reduce plan cost without jeopardizing customer care. Linda joins Evolution Risk Partners with over 25+ years of extensive stop loss claims experience at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and AIG where she built the stop loss claims departments and oversaw operational claim processes. Linda earned a Bachelor of Science from California State University at Fullerton and holds ALHC and HIA certifications.
