Erica is the founder and practice lead of the Private Equity Human Capital Risk consulting practice at CAC Specialty, an integrated specialty insurance brokerage and investment banking platform. She specializes in advising private equity clients of the holistic picture risks relative to employees in their portfolio and mitigating those risks. Her prior roles include management consulting, benefits consulting, and HR/operations. She holds a unique designation as a Health Rosetta advisor, a think tank cohort working to fix the healthcare paradigm in the US.

John was the Former Head of Medical Stop Loss, Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance where he was responsible for the growth of the business. John also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at AIG Benefit Solutions and Chief Executive Officer at AIG Medical Excess, managing underwriter for catastrophic healthcare risks for AIG.

Paul is a principal and co-founder of Lake Capital, a lower-middle-market private equity firm focused on the services sector. Previously, he served as president of Advance Ross Corporation and in a series of executive positions with Centel Corporation, a leading telecommunications company, including as president of its largest business unit.

Joe is a Partner at Summit Trail Advisors. Previously, he was a Director with Barclays Capital by way of Lehman Brothers, where he was a Senior Vice President. Joe began his career in financial services in 2001 with Sanford Bernstein where he was a Principal. He was co-founder and CEO of software service company JobPlex, which he sold in early 2001, and prior to that was Senior Vice President of Operations with business services firm EPS Solutions.
